Springtime and Springerle

With Springtime arriving, give Springerle a thought for your Teas and Receptions. These will surely make long lasting impressions on your guests. But don’t limit yourself to cookies alone. Our molds produce great Marzipan and Chocolate Clay candy. As well as edibles, our molds may be used for art projects such as Paper Castings and Clay work.



Above is a cookie I made with our Persch Swan Mold #1560. Its a beauty and at 1 3/4" in diameter it is perfect for Wedding Receptions and Teas. Below is the mold we created from replicating an original wooden mold. It was sent to us from Germany by Herr Persch for replication.
